Reservations

We encourage you to make reservations to avoid disappointment. A major credit card is required to confirm your reservation.

A $25/room non-refundable administration fee is charged at the time of booking.  This amount is applied to the balance of charges outstanding.  For bookings of 6 nights or more this amount is $75.00/room booked.

Cancellations

1 night charged (per room booked) - less the non-refundable portion taken at the time of booking - for cancellations received within 7 days of expected arrival date. Should guests stay less then their reserved nights, 50% of their remaining reservation will be applied.  Should guests not arrive at all the cost of the entire booking will be charged.

Rates include all amenities referred to in the virtual tour and children under 2 stay for free.

The Connemara (twin beds, private off-suite bathroom):
Single: $99 Canadian Funds (CAD) *   
Double: $124 (CAD) * 

The Edward (queen bed and room for cot, private off-suite bathroom):
Single: $99 Canadian Funds (CAD) *   
Double: $124 (CAD) * 
Cot: add $20 (CAD) *

The Ryan (queen bed, ensuite bathroom):
Single: $99 Canadian Funds (CAD) *   
Double: $124 (CAD) *

* A 5% Goods and Services tax (Federal GST) is added to the cost.
Non-residents of Canada are eligible for reimbursement of GST upon leaving Canada.

Bank exchange rates are applied to foreign currency.

Terms

As much as we adore supporting credit card companies, preferred payment methods are Interac, cash or cheque (Traveller’s or personal). We also accept Visa, Mastercard and our least favourite, American Express.  All long distance charges on the guest phone are the guest's responsibility.  A minimum of two nights stay is required for weekend and holiday bookings.

Available Discounts

Every booking of 6 or more nights is automatically discounted by 10%.
