• 6 minutes from the Airport via the Airport Parkway which is 3 blocks away
• A 10 minute walk to Carleton University (it takes longer to walk across the campus!)
• 1 block away from the Colonel By Seniors Residence
• 7 minute walk to Landsdowne Park or the College of Physicians and Surgeons

Public buses (3 blocks away) and churches, scores of restaurants and wonderful shopping and entertainment venues are within 3-7 blocks from here.

Coming from the airport?

Go north on the Airport Parkway toward Ottawa, at Carleton University turn right onto Sunnyside and take 4th left. 9 Rosedale is through the stop sign and the last house on the left before Colonel By Drive.

Coming North from the 401?

Take Hwy 31 to Bronson at Carleton University. Turn right onto Sunnyside. Four blocks later turn left onto Rosedale – #9 is the last house on the left at Colonel By Drive.

Alternatively, from the 416 follow the Coming East on the 417 directions.

Coming South on Colonel By Drive?

Rosedale is the first left after the Bank Street turn and #9 is the first house on the right.

Coming East on the 417?

Take the Bronson exit turning right onto Bronson. At Sunnyside turn left. Four blocks later turn left onto Rosedale – #9 is the last house on the left at Colonel By Drive.

Alternatively, just before Sunnyside you may turn right off of Bronson onto Colonel By Drive at the end of the bridge over The Canal. Rosedale is the 3rd right turn and we're on your right.

Coming West on the 417?
